They do rentals of cameras and lenses by mail (or pick up from the San Francisco Bay Area). Interestingly, they also have a consignment option, which allows you to rent out your equipment (minimum amount of equipment required is $10,000).
If they only had a Netflix-style unlimited rental policy.... :)
