Circular Polarizer samples

During the Memorial Day weekend, I got to try to use the circular polarizer from Fotodiox in real world conditions.  The sun was blazing and the skies were cloudless most of the weekend.  The circular polarizer was handy for making the skies appear a deeper blue, and for making colors appear more saturated.  Without looking closely, I didn't detect any increase in glare or a reduction in contrast (problems that I've encountered with UV filters in the past).  However, the vignetting at corners when using even moderate wide angles was obvious.  I fixed some of the more serious ones with postprocessing (cloning then airbrushing).

Next: graduated ND filter samples
