What's up?

I was going to post a review of the Sigma 50-150 2.8 from a family photography perspective. I was writing an explanation of the uses for such a lens, and why simply walking closer to the subject is not at all the same, the review got longer and longer. Finally I decided I ought to create a separate article about how different focal lengths have different effects in terms of field of view, depth of field, and perspective. I also want to talk about zooming, cropping, the effect of a smaller sensor, etc. I will post samples and experiments to demonstrate the differences. I'll get this done tonight (another sleepless night for me...!).
